The story
What problem existed, and what we built.
The problem
A short-term rental brand has two completely different visitors with two completely different asks, and most sites pick one and lose the other.
What I built
One page with two clearly separated paths, so a traveller and a property owner each find their own route without either being buried.
What it had to achieve
- Serve two audiences without diluting either
The customer's experience
A traveller browses stays; an owner finds the management path without wading through traveller copy.
What customers can do
- Browse the collection
- Explore experiences
- Speak with a concierge
The owner & staff experience
Enquiries from both audiences arrive identified as such.
What the business can do
- A separate path for property owners seeking management
How it works
The system, explained without the jargon.
If a technical term is needed below, it's explained right where it appears.
One page, two journeys
The split is structural rather than a toggle, so neither audience has to opt into being understood.
Design decisions
The choices that shaped it — and why.
Restraint carries luxury
Deep neutrals, champagne accents and generous space. Luxury reads as confidence, and confidence is quiet.
How it was built
Development process
- 1Built to a two-audience brief with scroll-driven motion
Where it stands
